Power Out For Some Glendora Residents
SCE is performing a planned power outage affecting 27 customers in the city.
Some Glendora residents are currently left in the dark as a planned power outage has impacted homes on Verdugo Avenue and Acorn Lane near East Foothill Boulevard.
The outage, which began at 9 a.m. Wednesday morning, impacts 27 homes, according to the Southern California Edison Web site.
The company performed the temporary outage for routine maintenance to replace aging infrastructure and other improvements.

Power should be restored by 3 p.m. Wednesday.
SCE recently sent out notices in the mail, warning customers of the outage, and will follow up with phone calls.
