UPDATE: Critter Causes More Than 1,800 Glendora Customers To Lose Power

UPDATED, 9:21 a.m.: A squirrel caused a power outage that left over 1,800 SoCal Edison customers without power, Edison officials said.

As of now, 49 customers are still without power, Edison said.

PREVIOUSLY: Power crews are working on determining the cause of a power outage, early Friday morning.

The outage occurred at 6:25 a.m. A Southern California Edison representative reports 1,826 customers are without electricity.

The boundaries of the outage are:

North: West Palm Drive.
South: Citrus Edge Street.
East: Sellers Street.
West: Wildwood Avenue.

The cause of the outage has yet to be determined.

Power is slowly being restored, with some affected traffic intersections regaining power, according to police scanner traffic.
