The evacuation order affects residents who live north of Sierra Madre Avenue from the western city limit to near roughly Loraine Avenue.

Residents who choose not to evacuate will be asked to sign a "refusal to evacuate" form acknowledging their awareness of the risks of remaining in place, according to the city.
