Help Bring a Foreign Exchange Student to Your Community

How would you like a cultural experience without leaving home?  Youth For Understanding - YFU USA is looking for host families in your community. If you, or anyone you know may be interested in welcoming a foreign exchange student into their home, please pass along this information to them!

Families provide a bed, 3 daily meals, and share their lives with the student.  The students have health insurance and bring their own spending money. Hosting can be one of the most rewarding, fun, and enriching experiences your family can have.  For more information contact Leah Jardine at ljardine@yfu.org, or by calling 866-493-8872 ext 7230. You can visit our website at www.yfu-usa.org to learn about scholarships to study abroad, to complete an online application for hosting & get involved in local volunteer opportunities.

Just a short thought to get the word out quickly about anything in your neighborhood.
Share something with your neighbors. Write a new post... What's up? Make an announcement, speak your mind, or sell something

Go, go GPD. It is nice to be appreciated, but even better when someone acknowledges it.
