There was NO acknowledgment that the entire city council, water department and Chris Jeffers,Read MoreGlendo ra's city manager allowed 229 acre feet of water to run off diamond ridge property in to storm drains for more than 7 years and did absolutely nothing about it. The replacement fees would be around $687,000.00 along with this failure several Glendora city council members sprinklers are flooding the sidewalks and gutters with run off water from their irrigation system's, they must feel they are above the law and guiltless in any wrong doing. Shame on them!

This is a follow up on the progress concerning that abandoned house at 649 Santa Fe Ave. the oneRead Morewit h the dead lawn etc. a city owned truck and crew were in there all day cleaning it up why because it's city owned property and next door to the house that was cited with a threatening mailer by the city of Glendora. I heard once clean your own house up before you attack other's for what you are guilty of and breaking the law at the same time, this once again proves there is a double standard that spreads from City Hall to other's who live in Glendora, California. So many times in the past Glendora Code enforcement has been used as a political tool to attack some one or a group that city hall fears.

Sorry for your loss of Toby! As you have noticed the weather has not been as helpful in providingRead Moread equate rain fall to support wild life in the foothills thus keeping coyotes from extending their hunting areas farther in to pet laden neighborhood's. The extent of fire damage to the wild life and natural foliage from the Colby fire was not helpful either in maintaining a natural balance between Mother Nature and Humans.

Just post your successes Mark and show that I'm wrong. Since the recall of your friends youRead Morehaven't shut up and throw out one accusation after another day after day. Sometimes it's here sometimes on the Topix board where you put up your real nasty stuff right Mark? You've even been wishing death on someone haven't you Mark? Won't do that here where you have to use your name but it speaks to just what a lowly heartless person you are. I've no more time for you Smith, some other day I'll pop up to remind people of what you're all about. Or you could do that crossing guard thing and become a positive guy for once in your pathetic life. Bye Mark.

My personal favorite would be a business like or similar to a Panera type store. I wonder why theRead Morec ity has this business shrouded in such secrecy. I hope it is not a nail salon or a Realty office. Maybe it is a portal to another Universe. Only time will tell.

If the cube ever fails due to faulty construction or engineering design just where will it fall and Read Moreon what and who? Has anyone noticed how far the tower crane extends across the Glendora Avenue and Route 66 and over the railroad track too? What do you mean you haven't seen it? Remarks from citizen's and visitor's it looks like it would fall to what is a monster like that being used in Glendora for? I would move into a city that has this much ugly construction going on, it doesn't look like what I remember to they described it completely different to me back then. Traffic is going to as bad as down town Los Angeles soon if they don't stop building ugly high rise buildings.

I have a question connected to an observation of that particular location where a brand newRead Morebuilding is being built. I suggested a medical practice would move in then another view was a bank had that building, why is there now a 3 foot by 10 foot banner announcing, For Lease CBRE 909.428.2000 of course there is a perfectly good explanation for this?
