Legends? Egads, I just don't understand how people can eat there. Everything tastes exactly the same. The cheeseburger tastes like a hot dog. The hot dog tastes like a pastrami sandwich. The pastrami tastes like the onion rings. The onion rings taste like the fries. The fries taste like the taquitos. The taquitos taste like the cheeseburger. I guess it's just me, because the place is always busy when I drive past.

Ian, for someone who apparently doesn’t like Legends food, you sure have tried a lot of it?

We love Grandburger, Legends, etc., but if you want a GREAT burger in Glendora go to Ed's Place on Glendora Avenue. I've taken many of our friends there and now they all go back with their families. I've taken the kids for breakfast there many, many times and most of the time we get the burgers. His burgers are great!!! In fact all of Ed's food is delicious! He has the blue umbrellas set up on the sidewalk, on the West side of Glendora Avenue, just above Foothill. Small place, fantastic food! To bad you didn't add Ed's to your list.

Frisellas has the best burger in my opinion. Plus you get homemade potato chips that are fantastic.

Aside from my own backyard, after 40+ years of experience of eating at these places as well as many that are long gone, I'm favoring Tommy's these days. Maybe it's because it's so far off of everyone's radar these days that makes it enjoyable, but I truly feel they have the best flavor. The fries are good too. Legends shouldn't even be on the list because there is more than 1 location, but Ian hit it right on the head with his analysis of their food.

Angelo's also has the best breakfast burrito in town, not to big like Grand Burgers and never greasy. Both places also seem to always get your order right which is a big plus.

Although it is a (small) chain, my favorite in the entire world is 5 Guys.

Sorry Ralph, I couldn’t bite my tongue. 5-Guys, while good, is a NATIONWIDE chain, and they don’t have a location in Glendora (that I am aware of).

UGH Five Guys! We are literally the home of In and Out Burger Ralph. The family that founded them hails from Glendora.

Just had the California Cheeseburger (I added bacon) at Ed's. I had completely forgotten about that place. My mom used to bring me there to eat back in the early 1980's. I loved the old-school diner ambiance, and the burger was delicious. The side order of fruit was so small I almost laughed, but I'd definitely eat there again.

I don't know about the best, but Tommy's right accross the street from Citrus College makes a pretty tasty one, and their combo is like $5.
