Supporters Rally for Fired Gay Coach
Charter Oak High community members make their voices heard to board members.
Mitch Stein, the former water polo coach fired from Charter High School late August, has a groundswell of support in the weeks since his termination. Parents, friends and member of the Charter Oak High community gathered at the board of education meeting Oct. 6 to let the board know their displeasure with Stein's termination.
