Parolee Arrested After "Huffing" Keyboard Cleaner
Officers found a switchblade knife and cocaine in the suspect's possession.
A Glendora resident was arrested on a parolee at large charge Saturday evening after a citizen report that he appeared to be “huffing” keyboard cleaner in Big Tree Park at the intersection of Colorado and Santa Fe avenues.
Huffing is a form of inhalant abuse in which gas is sucked from a thin straw attached to the cleaner can’s nozzle.
Police arrived at 7:25 p.m. and arrested Joshua Lopez, 20. Because of the parolee at large charge, he is held with no bail, Glendora Police Lt. Brian Summers said.

Summers said officers became suspicious when the suspect gave a false name. They were able to get the correct name and determined a warrant had been issued by Glendora Police Department for his arrest.
In searching the suspect they found a switchblade knife and some cocaine, Summers said.
